CSP Release Notes: Redesigned Hemp Sample Submission Workflow

Available Monday, August 12, we’re updating the Client Service Portal (CSP) Hemp Sample Submission workflow to improve your user experience and streamline the submission process.

What’s changing?

Unified Submission Process:

You no longer need to select Compliance vs. R&D Testing at the beginning of each order.

Revamped Sample Details Screen:

Now moved to the beginning of the submission process, the Sample Details screen has some reordered fields, new helpful text, and selectable test package cards to bulk select specific bundles.

We’ve reordered submission steps to place Sample Details first, before Order Details.

Specific fields have been rearranged for better accessibility.

New help text for the Sample Weight field now better explains its purpose: identifying how much material the lab should expect to receive.

Test Package cards help you preselect specific testing bundles.

Bundle-specific form fields may appear underneath the cards upon selection, where needed.

The main Test Selection table now stays intact throughout the selection process, better allowing you to see your chosen services at a glance

Panel-specific customizations now appear below the main Test Selection menu when needed.

Action Limit Options are now collapsed by default, but can be easily expanded for clients who are looking for a little more control in their R&D and compliance testing.
